Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express using Authorize.net as a secure way of making payments online. All online e-commerce transactions are conducted using SSL technology to keep sensitive financial information safe. Landscape Lightwerks does not receive nor have access to the credit card information you supply when making an online purchase on our site. This information is transmitted directly to the bank. |

Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect a 6.5% sales tax for all sales in Minnesota and to collect 6.25% sales tax for all sales in Pennsylvania. |

Shipping and Handling
We offer delivery to locations within the lower 48 United States using USPS, UPS Ground, and FedEx for FREE on all orders over $200. For orders under $200 a flat rate of $7.99 is charged. For an extra charge we also offer rush delivery. For delivery rates to Alaska and Hawaii, please call.
When ordering, please be sure to provide both your mailing address and an address where shipment is to be delivered (if different from mailing address). To guarantee delivery, we must have complete addresses. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, destinations outside the US or to US territories. |

Out of Stock Policy
Due to the large selection of products offered by Landscape Lightwerks, a particular product may be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you via email that we have ordered your products from the manufacturer and will ship the order as soon as it arrives.

Return Policy
We try to make returns as easy as possible. We will gladly accept returns within 30 days after you receive the product. Returned products must be in the original packaging, and you will need to pay for the return shipping charges.
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must accompany all returned products. We do not accept returns without an RMA. To obtain an RMA, please contact us via email at: info@landscapelightwerks.com.
Once your return has been received and processed by us, we will credit your account for the amount of your purchase less a 20% restocking charge. Any shipping charges can not be refunded. |

Returns of Lumiere and Hanover Lantern products
Lighting products from Hanover Lantern and Lumiere are custom, made-to-order pieces, and we therefore cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these products. |
